These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] (“we”, “us”) for using NALORA ASTRO (“NALORA”) on the web and in our apps. By using NALORA you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. Who can use NALORA
You must be at least 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only make purchases with a parent or guardian's permission.
2. What NALORA is — and isn't
NALORA calculates your astrological chart from the birth details you provide, and uses AI to write interpretations and answer your questions. It is for reflection and entertainment.
- Astrology is not scientifically established, and NALORA doesn't predict events.
- Answers are generated by AI and can be incomplete or wrong.
- NALORA is not medical, mental health, legal, financial or other professional advice. Don't rely on it for decisions in those areas.
- NALORA can't know what another person thinks, feels or will do.
- If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services. In the US, call or text 988.
3. Your account
You can create a chart without an account. To save it, keep your history or buy anything, you add an email and sign in with one-time links. Keep access to your email secure: anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account. Give accurate birth details — your chart depends on them.
4. Free use and plans
- Without an account: your chart and one full answer.
- Free account: your chart, 3 questions every rolling 30 days, a daily insight, relationship previews and one share card.
- NALORA Plus: unlimited questions (subject to fair-use limits that stop automated or abusive use), relationship deep dives, reports and forecasts.
We may change free features. If we change a paid feature you're subscribed to, we'll tell you first.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Prices. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown before you buy. Any applicable tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
Automatic renewal. NALORA Plus renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. If a free trial is offered, you're charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. We'll tell you in advance of any price increase, and you can cancel before it applies.
Bought on the web (paid through Stripe): cancel any time from your Profile. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. You can cancel a web subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments aren't refunded for partly used periods, except where the law requires it. If a report you paid for can't be generated, we refund it.
Bought in the iPhone app (paid through Apple): payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in your device Settings at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies.
One-time reports (web): you pay once for a report about a chart or relationship. Plus members get reports without paying separately.
Your legal rights. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law. Where the law gives you a right to cancel a digital purchase, you agree that NALORA provides your content immediately and you lose that right once it has been provided, where the law allows this.
6. Your content and other people
You keep ownership of what you enter. You give us permission to store and process it to provide NALORA to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Only enter another person's birth details if they've agreed to it. Don't enter information you don't have the right to share.
You may use the readings and answers NALORA gives you for personal, non-commercial purposes. Share links are public to anyone who has the link until you revoke them.
7. Acceptable use
Don't:
- use NALORA to harass, stalk or make claims about other people;
- try to access other people's accounts or data, or get around usage limits or payment;
- scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service, or use it to build a competing product;
- use NALORA for anything unlawful.
We may limit or suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Our service
NALORA, its software, design, text and brand belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use NALORA under these terms. We work to keep NALORA available and accurate but may change, suspend or discontinue features.
9. Ending
You can stop using NALORA and delete your account at any time from your Profile. Deleting your account cancels a web subscription immediately. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled in your device Settings. We may end these terms or your access if you seriously or repeatedly break them. Sections that by their nature should continue — for example disclaimers and limits of liability — continue after the agreement ends.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, NALORA is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. This includes any warranty that interpretations or AI answers are accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on NALORA. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State/country whose law governs these Terms]. Disputes will be resolved by [Courts or arbitration body for disputes], except where consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Please contact us first — most issues can be solved quickly.
13. Apple App Store terms
If you use NALORA on an Apple device:
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for NALORA and its content.
- Your licence is to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's Usage Rules.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app doesn't conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any). To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims about the app — including product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
- If anyone claims the app infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for investigating and resolving it.
- You confirm you're not in a country subject to a US government embargo and aren't on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must follow any third-party terms that apply when using the app (for example, your mobile carrier's).
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use NALORA after that means you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can cancel and delete your account.
